Terms and Conditions:

• Obtaining the consulting sessions service is for partner program clients only, and the total consulting hours due for each client will be calculated based on his classification in the program and his annual balance.
• Requests for booking counseling sessions are accepted through the approved registration link, and no request will be accepted via mobile phone or email.
• When booking and confirming the appointment for the consultation session, the client must adhere to the appointment, and if he misses the appointment, one hour will be automatically deducted from his annual balance.
• The customer cannot request consultations for a commercial activity outside the scope of pets, and therefore the Pets Products Company has the right to withhold this service from the customer if this is proven.
• Consultation sessions are provided in Arabic, and the Pets Products Company does not undertake to provide translators for other languages
• The duration of the consultation session is a maximum of one hour
